Trading disclaimer
Discovery is not an endorsement.
This is a working draft, not a finalized legal policy. Operator details and a monitored contact have not been supplied.
Not investment advice
AlphaIndex is for trading education, identity and community discovery only. Nothing on AlphaIndex is personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a promise of financial returns. Trading and investing involve risk, including loss of capital.
Independent directory
Directory listings link to independent public Telegram channels. A link checked on a stated date confirms a public destination at that time, not its future availability, ownership or quality. Channel-owner-claimed labels are distinct from independent listings. Neither label verifies trading results.
No performance guarantees
AlphaIndex does not verify community profitability, follower quality, investment outcomes or claims made on external channels. Profile statistics reflect application activity only; membership status and Alpha ID cards do not certify expertise.
Reporting and moderation
User-submitted channels are reviewed before publication. If you encounter a suspected scam, impersonation or misleading listing, do not send funds or private credentials. Report the channel name, public URL and concern through the founder-approved contact when available. A working reporting mailbox and review procedure still require founder confirmation.
Founder review required
DRAFT PLACEHOLDER: counsel must review this disclaimer for the operator and launch jurisdictions. Confirm a monitored reporting contact and moderation process before public launch.
